Frequently asked questions about sports injury treatment

Should I stop training during sports injury treatment?

Not necessarily. We work with your training schedule to manage load appropriately, modifying rather than stopping activity in most cases.

Will I need orthotics for a sports injury?

Only if clinically indicated following your assessment. Orthotics are one tool - not always the primary recommendation.
