Laser fungal nail treatment in Dublin

Fungal nail infections make nails thick, discoloured and brittle, and they rarely clear on their own. We confirm it is a fungal infection first, then treat it with Class 4 laser, which works through the nail plate without tablets. Thick nails are thinned to relieve pressure, and we give you the hygiene and footwear advice that helps stop reinfection while the new nail grows.

Frequently asked questions about laser fungal treatment

Does laser treatment hurt?

Most people find it comfortable. You may feel warmth during treatment. If it gets too warm, tell your podiatrist and they'll adjust.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on how many nails are affected and how thick they are. Nails grow slowly, so it takes time to see the clear nail grow through. We'll give you an honest estimate at your first appointment.

Do I need a GP referral?

No. You can book directly with any of our clinics, online or by phone, and you'll be seen by a CORU-registered podiatrist.
